This exclusive experience is like no other. The Vessel  sails, in time for lunch. An exquisite selection of Caribbean finger foods and traditional Jamaican Sip. Departing from Carb Mahogany Beach Ocho Rios, at 1.00 PM.  Full joy an open bar  with lunch. Feel free to swim, or sun lounge on the upper or lower deck. Equally experience ISHEEBA CBD Oil neck and shoulder massage. A 10 minute complimentary introduction to the healing powers of ISHEEBA Oils. If you love your experience and you  want to book a one and a half hour full body massage, on the LUXURY ISHEEBA MASSAGE ON WATER , then you can do so. Massages are by appointment only and paid online in advance.

As the sun begins to set Yoga begins.  Yoga mats are provided, however should you wish to bring your own Yoga mat, feel free to do so. Your class is taught by Sheeba Whyne, an expert in the Alexander Technique  and a teacher of SMAI TAWI.  the original teaching taught in  Kemet, 2000 year prior to it being renamed by the Indians as Yoga. Class Time : 1hr

On route back, a Live African drumming  Acoustic  Performance by Sheeba Whyne.
